\n- Establish a governance structure for the collective, with clear roles and responsibilities.
\n- Organize regular meetings (in-person and\/or online) to discuss strategies and common actions.
\n2. Creation and Strengthening of Yan Anga Regional Clubs:

\nEstablish and strengthen Yan Anga clubs in various regions of Morocco, providing them with the tools and support needed to carry out local actions.

\n- Organize launch meetings for the alumni club.\n - Develop a mentorship program where alumni guide the youth in the regional clubs.\n - Implement activities for sharing experiences and strengthening ties between alumni and youth.
\n2. Evolution into an Alumni Association:

\nTransform the Yan Anga alumni club into a formal alumni association capable of sustainably supporting the mission of the Jadara Foundation.
