2. Create a space for sharing best practices and successes in the field of educational and career guidance for and by counselors.\n
3. Raise awareness among career counselors about our scholarship programs, equipping them with the necessary information to effectively guide high school graduates towards opportunities offered by Jadara.\n
4. Collaborate with private schools to allow them to present their educational offerings, creating synergy between the aspirations of youth and available training programs.\n

\r\n Event Overview : <\/h2>\r\n

The kick-off event for the \"Orient'Action: Strengthen, Innovate, Collaborate\" project, organized by the Jadara Foundation on April 25, 2024, in Casablanca, provided an enriching day dedicated to enhancing guidance practices. It brought together career counselors from all regions of Morocco, creating a space for dialogue, exchange, training, and information for these professionals.
The goal was to equip counselors with the necessary tools to support high school graduates in their higher education and professional journeys. The event also aimed to create a coalition of career counselors under the auspices of the association.
\nA highlight of the event was a roundtable discussion titled \u201cGuidance and the Professions of Tomorrow,\u201d which offered participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest innovations in student support.
\nPractical workshops covering various topics, such as adapting to changes in the educational landscape, the role of creative and innovative approaches in the practice of career counseling in students' life projects, integrating emotional and psychological support into the guidance process, and developing critical thinking and autonomy in students, were led by professionals and experts. These workshops allowed counselors to explore the latest innovations in student support.
\nThe event also emphasized networking, providing dedicated moments for professionals to connect and strengthen this network. This allowed career counselors to meet colleagues and representatives from private schools.
\nThe presentation of Jadara scholarship program was another key moment, providing detailed information on the offerings of Jadara Foundation as well as the selection criteria. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
