èmeIn this exceptional health and economic context, the Foundation dedicated the 6th edition of the World Day for Equal Opportunities, organized on December 5, 2020, to strengthening the employability of this year's graduates.
Launched in 2015, at the initiative of the French association Article 1 and its community Different Leaders, to highlight and promote positive initiatives in the field of equal opportunities, the Jadara Foundation has since committed to carrying and developing the project in Morocco.

The health crisis has disrupted the job market, causing difficulties for newly graduated young people. In response, the Jadara Foundation organized a series of workshops on December 4 and 5, covering various employability topics. The ultimate goal is to equip these young people with soft skills and tools to enrich their network, strengthen their profile, and adopt a positive approach in their job search despite the current circumstances.

Amina LAGHITI, Sanaâ SEKKAT, Abdelali SEBAAOUI, Céline MORISSET, and Marie-Anne ROUMIER led workshops on interview simulations, first job contracts, CV corrections, and enhancing LinkedIn profiles to find a job.
The speakers shared their advice with the young graduates on how to create an engaging CV, succeed in job interviews through simulations, use LinkedIn to be visible to recruiters, and understand the legislative aspects of the employer-employee relationship.

On this occasion, Sophia SEBTI, Founder and CEO of BatenborcH International Morocco and Africa and the Opportunity Ideal Foundation, also mobilized internationally renowned personalities who kindly agreed to share their experiences with the young graduates and introduce them to their professions.

Sophia Sebti, Amal ABHIR, Ghislane MARRAKCHI, Driss DIDI EL HOUARI, Mohamed RADJA, Mohamed LAHLOU, and Assia BOUAINE inspired these young people to dare to pursue their dreams and stop waiting to create their ideal opportunity.

Testimonies from participants:

The intervention of each speaker taught me the importance of soft skills and daring to dream.

The workshops lived up to our expectations. Thank you so much to my dear family. I love you very much. Thank you for your unconditional generosity.
