4. Permanent Committees :
Selection Committee: Formed by members of the Board of Directors, this committee evaluates candidate selections and assignments after each application wave for a given program, and establishes minutes afterward.
Sponsorship Committee: Responsible for implementing the foundation's monitoring strategy.
Audit Committee: Responsible for verifying the reliability and quality of information provided in accounts, and assessing the relevance and performance of the adopted accounting methods and internal control.
Ethics & Compliance Committee: Composed of Board members known for their integrity and social commitment, this committee, presided over by the Founding President, was established to ensure compliance with the bylaws and internal regulations as well as the principles of the association's charter.
