Objectives of Her Day For Her :


1. Empowerment Through Education : Raise awareness about the disparities faced by young girls, highlighting the crucial role of education in their empowerment to fully seize upcoming professional opportunities.

2. Development of Inspiring Leadership : Provide young girls with a platform for interaction and learning from accomplished women leaders, fostering the development of leadership skills and self-confidence.

3. Promotion of Gender Equality in the Workplace : Advocate for increased participation of women in the labor market, emphasizing the economic and societal benefits of gender equality.

Event Overview :


The 5th edition of the "Her Day For Her" MasterClass, held on March 2, 2024, celebrated remarkable women and offered beneficiaries the opportunity to discover and draw inspiration from their success stories, careers, and the challenges they have overcome. During this memorable day, we welcomed over 300 participants, including a majority of our scholarship recipients, alumni, and partners. We were privileged to spotlight 11 outstanding women from diverse sectors who shared their challenges and triumphs, creating a motivating and inspiring atmosphere for all attendees. A tribute to the super mom, Mrs. Najat MAHIR, added an emotional dimension to the event, reminding us of the enduring importance of family responsibility and love. Her exemplary determination and unwavering commitment to her family truly touched the participants, illustrating the immeasurable strength of maternal love and the power to overcome obstacles with grace and resilience. Participants had the unique opportunity to interact with these remarkable women, learn from their successes, and benefit from their practical advice. Overall, this edition of Her Day For Her was a memorable day of motivation, inspiration, and empowerment.
