GOALS


1. Strengthening Civic and Political Engagement Among Youth: Provide training and dialogue spaces for young people to understand and engage in political processes, thereby enhancing their confidence in public institutions.

2. Promoting Solidarity and Social Cohesion: Encourage the creation of mutual support networks among youth, motivating them to participate in community initiatives that foster assistance and solidarity.

3. Combating Brain Drain: Address the phenomenon of talent flight by offering young people concrete opportunities for personal and professional development within their own country.

4. Fostering Social Innovation: Support and develop innovative projects that address the specific needs of local communities, while actively involving youth in seeking sustainable solutions.

5. Raising Awareness of Civic Values and Responsibilities: Enable young people to better understand their role in society and encourage them to act for the common good.

ACTION PLAN: PHASE I


Phase 1: Structuring the National Collective and Regional Clubs
1. Creation of the National Youth Collective:
Goals
Establish a national collective of youth representatives from the Yan Anga regional clubs to facilitate effective coordination and exchange of ideas at the national level.
Actions :
- Identify and select youth leaders within the regional clubs.
- Establish a governance structure for the collective, with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Organize regular meetings (in-person and/or online) to discuss strategies and common actions.
2. Creation and Strengthening of Yan Anga Regional Clubs:
Goals
Establish and strengthen Yan Anga clubs in various regions of Morocco, providing them with the tools and support needed to carry out local actions.
Actions :
- Train club members on organizing civic and community activities. - Provide logistical and material support for setting up the clubs. - Develop « best practices guide » for club activities.

Phase 2 :
Engaging Alumni and Creating the Alumni Association
1. Creation of the Yan Anga Alumni Club:

Goals
Mobilize former beneficiaries of the Jadara Foundation to actively participate in the Yan Anga project as mentors and supporters of the regional clubs.

Actions :
- Organize launch meetings for the alumni club. - Develop a mentorship program where alumni guide the youth in the regional clubs. - Implement activities for sharing experiences and strengthening ties between alumni and youth.
2. Evolution into an Alumni Association:

Goals
Transform the Yan Anga alumni club into a formal alumni association capable of sustainably supporting the mission of the Jadara Foundation.

Actions :
- Draft the statutes and formalize the association. - Official registration with the relevant authorities. - Develop a long-term strategy for the association's actions in support of the foundation and the community.

ACTION PLAN: PHASE III


Phase 3: Training, Conferences, and Civic Actions
1. Training on Civic Engagement and Citizenship Education:

Goals : Equip young people with the necessary skills to become active and responsible citizens.

Action. : - Develop a tailored training program, including modules on citizens' rights and duties, political participation, and social change mechanisms. - Recruit specialized trainers and organize training sessions in regional clubs. - Evaluate acquired knowledge and certify participants.

2. Conferences on Social and Environmental Issues:

Goals : Raise awareness among youth about current social and environmental issues and involve them in discussions about citizens' roles in these areas.

Actions: - Organize regional and national conferences with experts, activists, and policymakers. - Create discussion groups post-conference to delve deeper into the topics addressed. - Disseminate debates and conclusions through social media and partner media outlets.
3. Visits to Public Institutions:

Goals : Reinforce youth confidence in public institutions by familiarizing them with their functions and roles.

Actions: - Organize guided tours of public institutions (municipalities, parliaments, courts, etc.). - Facilitate meetings with representatives of these institutions to discuss their missions and opportunities for civic participation. - Follow up visits with reflection workshops on ways to strengthen citizen trust in institutions.
4. Humanitarian and Solidarity Actions: Goals : Encourage youth to engage in humanitarian and solidarity actions at the local level.
Actions: - Identify local needs in collaboration with authorities and community organizations. - Plan and implement humanitarian actions (donation drives, assistance to vulnerable individuals, community development projects, etc.). - Document and share results to inspire similar initiatives.

Phase 4: Mobilization and Reinforcement of the "Give Back" Concept 1. Engagement of Alumni in the "Give Back" Concept: Goals : Involve alumni in supportive actions. Actions: - Create scholarships sponsored by alumni. - Organize crowdfunding campaigns to finance youth projects. - Encourage alumni participation in nationwide awareness campaigns. - Contribute to the implementation of actions envisioned by Jadara Foundation.
