Jadara Foundation’s Support Program is a multidimensional initiative aimed at preparing and empowering young beneficiaries for their academic and professional futures. Our program includes four complementary components that address the specific needs of youth and prepare them to tackle the challenges of their life journeys.
Capacity Building Workshops
The Capacity Building Workshops form the cornerstone of our program. They provide a structured and focused learning space to develop key skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, and leadership. These workshops aim to enhance the beneficiaries' abilities, thereby improving their employability and future prospects. They consist of three main components:
Personal Development
These workshops focus on the personal growth of students. They include sessions on stress management, interpersonal skills development, time management, and confidence-building. Students gain a better understanding of themselves, improve their relationships with others, and develop essential life skills.
Employability
The Employability component aims to prepare students for success in the job market. Workshops cover CV writing, interview preparation, career management, and networking. Students learn how to stand out in their job searches and adapt effectively to professional challenges.
Entrepreneurship
These workshops are designed to foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students. They explore the fundamentals of starting a business, developing business models, financial management, and strategic planning. Students develop entrepreneurial skills and are prepared to explore business creation opportunities.
Financial Education
The Financial Education component aims to instill a solid understanding of basic financial concepts. Workshops address budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management. Students acquire strong financial literacy to make informed decisions regarding their personal finances.
Civic Education (Yan Anga ⵢⴰⵏ ⴰⵏⴳⴰ): :
Yan Anga is a unique component of our program designed to strengthen citizenship among students. It encourages love for the country, promotes values of sharing, and motivates beneficiaries to actively engage in society. This program encourages young people to become responsible and committed citizens, positively contributing to their communities.
Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program is a flagship initiative of the JADARA Foundation. It is based on the principle of pairing experienced mentors with beneficiary students. This privileged relationship allows mentors to share their experiences, provide valuable guidance, and support the personal and professional development of students. Mentorship plays a crucial role in enhancing skills, building self-confidence, and providing career orientation for beneficiaries.
Coaching Program
Our Coaching Program is designed to offer personalized and targeted support to students. It includes three components: individual coaching, group coaching, and excellence coaching (for CPGE students). Each of these components aims to address the specific needs of students and help them effectively achieve their goals. Coaching enhances motivation, planning, and goal attainment.
