The project is structured around three main axes:

Axis 1: Welcoming, Listening, and Guiding Youth : This first axis serves as a genuine community space, offering welcoming, listening, and guidance services for the population of Nouaceur Province. It provides accessible information through a physical platform, a mobile outreach platform, and a digital platform. Information will be communicated in a familiar language, including video clips shared on popular social media. This component also includes a civic training program, "YAN ANGA," which raises awareness among young people about sustainable development issues and encourages civic participation.

Axis 2: Support for Employability : This component offers two distinct training pathways:
- Transversal Pathway: This pathway focuses on developing essential skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, and job search techniques. It consists of four training sessions conducted over six weeks. - Professional Pathway: This pathway provides dual training in technical fields, with specializations such as web design, web development, cybersecurity, and IT maintenance. It includes internships and training sessions specifically tailored to market needs.
